DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT

  • A  deposit of A$500 per person is required at time of booking.

  • The cost is based on twin share accommodation, a Single Supplement for the accommodation applies.

    If you would like to share to save the single supplement & there is a same sex person booked on the tour we will put you in touch to see if you would like to share.

    (We cannot guarantee single share accommodation)

  • Full payment of your holiday must be paid 60 days prior to departure.

  • It is advisable not to book any airfares until we reach minimum numbers (you will be advised)

*All prices quoted are correct at the time of writing. Prices may fluctuate depending on bank rates or exchange rates (if applicable) and are not guaranteed until full payment has been made. Deposits merely hold the reservation and do not guarantee prices.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

If you cancel or terminate your holiday a cancellation fee will be incurred. The following scale of cancellation fees will apply.

 

CANCELLATION FEES

  • Cancellations made 59 – 31 days prior to departure 50%
  • There will be no refunds if cancelling 30 days or less, prior to commencement of scheduled event.
  • There will be no refund for missed tours.
  • NOTE: There is no refund for cancellations once the tour has commenced or for any part of the tour ie meals, accommodation, tours which you choose not to utilise. Should you fail to join the tour on the specified start date no refund will be made.

ACCOMMODATION
All rooms in our hotels have their own facilities. Our accommodation is conveniently and centrally located at all our destinations. Prices given are for twin share. Limited places are available.

For single accommodation a supplementary fee applies.

INSURANCE
Tour costs do not include insurance. We do, however, require all our tour members to have comprehensive travel insurance and our travel agent, Harvey World Travel Shop 34 Sunnyside Shopping Mall, Murwillumbah. Lic No: 2ta4931 , is able to recommend travel cover.

GROUP SIZE
It is important for the enjoyment of the group as a whole, to restrict our tours to a maximum of 15 - 20 participants plus 1 tour leader and a Tutor on painting tours . We reserve the right to cancel events and refund fees if minimum enrolments are not met, not less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event.


FITNESS
It is not necessary to walk very long distances on our tours, but because of the nature of our picturesque environments, we will sometimes walk to a painting locations & you would be required to carry your own equipment. (this is not mandatory, you may stay at the hotel if you wish).On excursions, you may also encounter cobblestones, paved slopes and flights of stairs. Please seek medical advice if you are concerned about the level of fitness required.
